I done all up to beating the Team Magme Boss. Now all I het is nothing when I go to try and get another mission it is blank except for "Go back to Team Rocket" sign. Is this all the missions?

I am stuck on getting the "Shadow Ball Chip" it says there is a lab near Route 13 but I can't find it. Please help.
