I got raikou now but what umbreon? there is no umbreon that could talk in the game.

My Fire Red cheats dont work either but for my Sapphire im pro. i got every legendary, infinite master balls, and im trying to catch all the starters and fossil pokémon, not to mention get the pokémon that aren't in sapphire.

No wonder, i only have 33 pokémon. Thanks! Oh and by the way, I'm starting not to like Raikou.....

I can't find Raikou. Got any suggestion where I start? Also, to get the ruby, do i have to get national dex first? I cant get to ruby and i dunno how to get national pokédex.
