You have to let your friendship come naturally. Start hanging out with him. See what you both like. Start talking about that subject. Once you have been hanging out and talking for a week, ask him "I've always liked you, but I never knew if you liked me". you will then have a new friend.

I'm nine! I feel left out on ACC because I'm one of the very few kids who is that old. The only other kids on ACC who are nine are my friends at school. I'm glad to see I'm not the only nine year old here.
