Sorry to say, but Regiflame does not exist. NBintendo doesn't even know about it, so it can't be real.

Latias and Latios both are very difficult to catch. Every time you use Fly, they fly away to a different area than before. If you run into one, and damage it, the next time you find it, it will be damaged the same. It runs frequently, so use Mean Look to prevent it from runing. Its at level 40, too.
