Hmm... The same thing happens to me when I use Tackle on Sceptile on a Pidgey that appears on the route before Goldenrod(forgot what it was called ^^; ). It takes me all the way back to Route 29.

Yes I had the Pokéballs... I tried it with Ultra Balls too, as I said. It says I caught them but I couldn't find them in my box afterwards. This only happens with Spearow and Pidgey on Route 29 too, it didn't happen with Pikachu or Aron..

I went to route 29 and threw Ultra Balls at Spearow and Pidgey and it said I caught them, but when I went to my box they weren't there. I tried the same thing with Poké Balls but the same thing happened again. So yeah..
