I think you coluld beat Rayquza with an Articuno (but you can't get any in R/S). I think Blizzard will easy KO it, because it's a Flying-Dragon pokemon. I think a Latios/Regice will be good too... or some water pokemon, for example(I'm not sure Swampert can learn this moves): Swampert lv: 100@doesn'...

But if you have Jirachi, you can always get berries... it' s easy to get one, you only have to buy the Pokemon Collosseum Mega Pak... in the box, there's a extra bonus -- Jirachi! They've wroten it on the site, too. So you can look there for more detailed information.
