How can I go to Mirage Island?

My favorites are Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oh, Latios, Groudon, and Kyogre.

My current team is Latios, Groudon, Lanturn, and Metagross. I'm gonna add a Kyogre once I get Sapphire. I might add a Regice. I don't know if I should use a Rayquaza, Kingdra, and a Armaldo.
