I can't get my newbie pack AND I currently have ~-4100 $(i donno if the negative money is a bug but it seems wierd)

On Ruby/Sapphire all you have to do is beat the elite four with the amulet coin and you get around 30,000 each time ( I think...I haven't tryied in a while). Once I had about 700k so I just decided to buy 99 Full Restores, 198 Ultra Balls, and some other junk that I never use
