Is there any way to block a user from sending you trades?

I have someone asking me for legendaries for normal pokes and would like to block them.

I did already ask them in my trade thread to only ask for things in my trade box but they insist on the retarded trade spam still.

How do I breed a Nidoran (m) if it's posible?

My breeding nidos give me male Nidoran (f).

Edit for November - I think honey hut is for when Combee gets released so it is not working just yet. Although I am not sure what it will do when it is released.
