How does the leveling system work? I know that giving attention to your pokemon once a day and putting them in the ranch (which at the moment is even slower). I noticed that I also leveled up at some point but have no idea how... can anyone explain this to me?

i used to play that but i got censored that i couldn't continue on with the game without having to buy some areas to do so and all the quests were there
