No, it has a mean of 75 F/ 20 C (summer) and a mean of 40 F/ 5 C in Winter.
I'm used to cold, but I hate hot... BTW I don't even know what 96 F is in celcius

my fave movie is pokemon 4 ever. Maily because of the many kinds of pokemon you see( i think 60-70 something if you look hard). also, because of its funny short. :lol:

I like PokÃƒÂ©mon 4 Ever too! And... it favorite cause it tells about Porf. Oak when he was 10. Too bad it wasn't mentioned in the TV series.
