i think they are lazy to do train there own pokemon.instead of stealing from other who have worked hard for it.

Eh? Oh good point I see what you mean, although not many people steal from other trainers as much now as they used to but it does still happen. Most of the time though they just use there so-called 'skills' to raise their own levels without stealing.
