Yes, something is wrong there, it's perverted. Locker rooms are well know to be designated by gender and for a reason, so if he follows you in there then he is doing wrong.

Following someone into the wrong locker room is no accident. One thing to not pay attention and accidently go into the wrong bathroom in an unfamiliar restaurant (I know people who have done it), but into the school locker room? Totally deliberate.
