is nintendo still making the game system dolphin?? or did they quit

* is dolphin? Its called the "Nintendo DS" and the D doesnt stand for dolphin. Theres also a "S" its Double Screen. Unless i'm mistaken for some other crap, *hits skoolfool with a baseball bat* that should hold you.

There really was no need for that

The Dolphin was the development name for the Gamecube, which has since been released.
