sounds brutal i know, but it really is the best way. Just politly tell her that you know she likes you, but you dont like her (even appologise for this, helps soften the blow a bit).

Stay calm and sympathize with her. Apologize in the kindest matter possible and tell her "I just don't think you are right for me" or something along that lines. Please tell us more so we can help you with this problem.

My advice: Go about your daily life. If she hasn't told you she likes you yet, then maybe it's not something to worry about. She might just "like" you for a little while, then move on. If she does tell you how she feels, however, then I think you could just be friends with her. Hope this helps a little.
