yes, espcially since I live in AMERICA and their being a HOLIDAY between halloween and christmas. Christmas music shouldn't be played until after Turkey-day!

Yeah, I recommend anyone who hasn't heard fariytale of New York to check it out but be warned, there's a couple of rude words in the second verse that may offend (they shouldn't do, but since this is an all ages forum I need to put that warning anyway). The words are in context though, the song is basically a couple who break into an argument on x-mas day, and the woman throws a few collourful words at the guy.

On a similar note, the new Christmas song by Coldplay is good. Then again I like Coldplay in general

No, Thanksgiving needs to be respected if we'll going to recognize it as a "main" thing for America and Christmas songs need to wait until after thanksgiving. There are no Thanksgiving songs? Well then if that's true it's because no one wrote any yet. Bottom line though is that Thanksgiving is there and needs to have an equal spot. Christmas is not the "ALL" holiday like everyone kind-a likes to think it is. There are several worthy holidays to celebrate before it's arrival, and after it's arrival. :/

It's nice they are getting festive but it honestly can wait. Most people apparently do still celebrate Thanksgiving - let's not forget that those who play Christmas songs a little too early.
