How do you get a mission from Prof. Elm?

I know other people have gotten missions but whenever I go to the lab it says "Hello, Dragonaire, I'm afraid I'm too busy with my research to talk." So, what do you have to do to be able to get a mission?

Has Professor Oak given you the Call Card yet? Without it you can't get missions

I've got a question regarding this as well...I found a random PokÃƒÂ©mon on the ground that Professor Elm wanted, but I want to know why it's called $randompokÃƒÂ©mon.

It's now fixed, thanks for telling me. I can still explain why if you want to or not, but in any case your PokÃƒÂ©mon should now be what they were supposed to be
