This is in Help and Suggestions because the Bugs fourm... only Admins can go in it. Anyway, my smeargle at level 47, isnt in the hall of fame. The next page i turn... the top person is at level 37. First page, the last person is at 60. Wats wrong?

I know what the problem is. Your Smeargle belongs in between the top 10 and the top 25, and the Hall Of Fame doesn't have the top 11-24, which makes your Smeargle be in the top 11-24.
