Nah, only kidding, uh, off the top of my head I can think of http://www.stormpages.com (used to use for The Pika Club website about 3 years ago), http://www.lycos.co.uk (used for old Pika Club forums), http://www.freewebs.com, http://www.maxpages.com, http://www.geocities.com, uh..... can't think of any others right now

It depends on which place you started with but it still be found in PKMN Center, Lucky Spin, etc
