How do I stop emails from the forums getting sent to me? I have about 10 in my inbox already letting me know about who replied to my messages.

CLick on profile, then on the tabs click on profile, then profile settings, then notifcation, then do the order like this:

No

It says on the side of the screen by your posts how many times you've posted. I deleted your 5 other posts by the way. Don't post 6 times in a row.
