Prof Elm Mission

I need to find a Marill for Prof. Elm but can't seem to find a single one. I went to the buy Pokemon page and found a Marill but it was already sold! What other ways can I get it?

Try getting one from the garden, or buying one off of someone.

You need at least 10000 to buy a 6x6 garden

Hmm.... I just caught a marill. Strange how u can't find 1... Check routes near Goldenrod.

That was from Version 2... You can still find Pokemon in the garden

Prof. ELm does not give out missions anymore. You need 10000 or was it 100000 wingwangs to buy a garden.
