Eveolution error
my Feebas wont evolve and its 12 beauty and hapiness is ok and then its lvl 20 i need help

Moved to Bugs and errors.
The x/12 thing is not how beautiful your Pokémon is, but it is the limit to how many Berry Shakes your Pokémon can have. Once you have had 12/12, you cannot give it anymore. The flower image is what represents beauty. Your Feebas needs a full flower to be able to evolve.
