Pokemon and Day Care Bug

Well, you see, my Meganium, Leaf, is around level 51, and it hasn't learnt any moves yet. All it knows is Tackle and Leer. And at the Day Care, when I breed female Pokemon with compatible male Pokemon, it shows duplicates of my Pokemon. And this Day Care thing hasn't happened to be until yesterday, and the fact that my Meganium only knows Tackle and Leer kinda bugs me. Most of my other Pokemon can learn moves, but some of them, like my Blastoise, can't learn moves either. Can somebody help me?

alot of pokemon cant learn any moves yet. Ugh, I wanna get rid of my charizards scary face move sooo bad
