Where do u find the school veture and Nurse Joys chansey?

Chansey- go to the green house in ashgrove and go to floor 2. To do that, change the last number in the brower, (it should be a 1) and change it to 2. You should find Chasey.

I go to the green building but It saids don't try to go upstairs,so I click on the go back to ashgrove link!
