full pokeballs from lucky dip

full pokeballs from lucky dip
How do you open them. Does whatever inside automaticly goes to where it should be? as in if you get a full pokeball and theres a pokemon inside, does the pokemon go to your box, not stay in your inventory as a full pokeball?

You just find a pokemon sitting in ur box.
