How do you go fishing?Also where do you find this drake guy?

To fish, go to the house on route 40 and gwt a fishing rod from him. then, go to Bill's Bait shop to buy bait. go to vertandurf or ashgrove, and fish.

Drake: To find him, go south of the place with the 3 scholars and jump down the hole.
