How can I make my pokemon happy?

Anyways to make pokemon happier use teh upstairs services of the pokemon center in Goldenrod or just keep winning battles with the pokemon.

The Chansey from the Pokemon Centre? Go to the hotel and change the room number in the search bar to 2 instead of 1
