Team Rocket has a very basic weather control device that can cause lightning but you're going to have to power it up and aim it at the lightning rod at the very top of the building for it to successfully work. I shall go and work out co-ordinates for firing the weather device, you proceed inside the building and find a way to power it up.
But when I went in there, I don't know how to power it up. I went to the Rayquaza, and I got fired from the Team Rocket team...help?
