How do you return the Spoink? I knew, but I haven't been on for ages and now I've forgotten...

My Goals

On Emerald:

Get at least 6 level 100 Pokemon-In Progress
Catch Kygore, Groudon and Rayquaza without the use of a Masterball-Not Started
Have at least 6 Pokemon as contest champions-Will start after the Elite Four
