Missing Posts

Before the downtime I posted a reply in several topics. But now that I've finally been able to get back on, my replies have vanished. Did the downtime accidently delete them or something?

Unfortunately our last backup was a few days before the site went down.

Yeah, during the downtime we lost our old server where the site and forums were held. So when we went to the new Sever we had to use a back up that was made a couple of days prior to the downtime - thus any posts that were made between the back-up being made and the downtime have disapeared completly.
