Small question about moves

How do i get pokemon to learn new moves? If there already is a topic about this, srry. I know my cyndaquil should have learned some moves by now

Sadly as this site's PokÃƒÂ©dex is incomplete not all PokÃƒÂ©mon will learn moves as they level up yet, to check which PokÃƒÂ©mon will learn new moves as it levels up, and at what levels (it goes by Fire Red/Leaf Green) check out this site's PokÃƒÂ©dex. The URL is http://www.thepikaclub.com/web/pokedex.php?dexno=xxx where xxx is the PokÃƒÂ©mon's National Dex #, such as Bulbasaur's is 001 and Mew's is 151
