Double moves?

I've been breeding mudkips to sell to the fisherman. Anyway, when I breed mudkip with aron, every mudkip I hatch has 2 tackles. I always thought that pokemon couldn't repeat moves. Also, when I had a magikarp, the move relearner was going to let me relearn tackle and splash, even though I already had both moves.

That is a bug. When 2 Pokemon breed, the moves of the female (or was it male) is transfered over. I'm not sure how 2 tackles got in the first place.
