Call Card professor Elm No use!

i was a member of Team Rocket and i was on the mission to capture the spoink when i caught it suddenly Prof.Oak poped out on top of the screen and says (umm..forgot but he gave me a call card and asks me to go to prof.elm's lab) so i got the card and went to new bark town and went to the prof.elm's lab but nobody was there as usual...what happened?

The Call Card was a feature of Version 2.0. Once you received it it activated a mini side quest where you could work for Professor Elm. You still receive it in Version 3.0 but it's new purpose has yet to be revealed.

version 0.2?? is it still running or was it closed down?

but i never heard of it because i've been playing for just about 3 weeks till a month here.

Eh it's version 2.0. Version 2.0 is the old version of The Pika Club before Version 3.0 (now). You can't play it anymore as it has been changed to version 3.0, an almost-completely new RPG System.
