help with deoxys key palm thingy...

help with deoxys key palm thingy...
i have a lvl 40 graveler but i cant get past that town with deoxys statue i have the rusty key.

the next town hasnt been created yet, it will be..soon enough..
and the rusty key fits perfectly in the deoxys palm, but if you are Team Rocket and the boss asks you to find Defeat Team Aqua just go to the deoxys statue and there's another link saying that an aqua member has crept in before you, yo'll fight and then if you win, you'll go back to the base and your TR rank will be Destroyer..
