I don't know where to go or what to do now... I have just beat Whitney and yeah...

Oh and when does Team Rocket let you north of Cherrygrove? They always tell me to scram when I try to go up there. Thanks in advance for any help.

You could go to the next town and fight Jasmine.
If you join team rocket, they will let you there for a mission.
