Battling

Hey when i want to battle a youngster or gymleader it says
" you cannot use this feature because you are in a battle "
when im not even in a battle.

Anyone knows whats wrong?

You didn't finish a battle, click on HQ and click on something called "You're in a battle."

You are right.But its all the way on top.And when the banner appears theres no way to click on the link.Cant Pikachu3828 bring it down?

Well no, the banner was like that and well it's stuck like that until 4.0 or maybe 3.75.
