Professor elm told to get him a Clefable...... how do you get one? i looked all over..... is it random

I think here would be a good place to mention that if you show Professor Elm that you have tried to find a PokÃƒÂ©mon but haven't succedded, you can quit the mission, but he will charge you 100 Cash for quitting

Wait a sec... Moon Stones haven't been released yet, so how the heck are you gonna get a Clefable anyway?

In the future there will be stones so maybe Proffesor elm just have to be patient?

Yes I know that, but for the time being he shouldn't be asking for stone evolvers or whatever you could call them.
