this may not be a help or a suggestion but i need to know do you need to give a feebas berries to make it evolve

Weird. I just asked Pikachooo (Admin) this. He said there is gonna be contests. So just enter the beauty contest and tada, boom. But you have to wait for it to be released.

thats how you get your feebas to evolve then whats the point in having berries i cant use any of my items cause every time i click on an item it gives me this error page its weird
