So, they're finally here: all the english names for the fifth-gen pokemon.
The list can be found at serebii: http://www.thepikaclub.co.uk/dex/newpokemon.php .
To me, it seems that a lot of the names are more obvious puns than the last generations.
Of course, it could just seem that way because I'm older and know more words or whatever.
Still, I am somewhat disappointed by it, especially the really obvious ones,
like "Deerling" , "Timburr" , "Excadrill" , "Trubbish" , and "Swoobat".
They're kinda cute and funny, but not nearly as creative as they used to be, imo.

Re: fifth-gen pokemon english names revealed
i knew i was forgetting something...
pokebeach had that list up way before serebii did, we've had the list since pokebeach put it up. i'd decided it was legit before serebii did as well - just i've forgotten to update everything with it
some of them are actually decent, some of them even resemble thier japanese names... but in the end it doesnt matter what they are called, you'll get used to them and call them that - end of story
Edit: - edited your post to have a more... internal link.
Sorry its not alligned up as much as i wanted it too - still i broke up all the evo chains... each new row is a new evolution path - but you guys knew that already
