Forum Competition Redux 2: How Many Pokemon

Ok, so this is round 2 of our testing to see if these Forum Competitions should come back, with Adoption Agency related Prizes on offer.

This month quiz, I supply a Picture (which is also an excuse to show off some of my figure collection) and you have to tell me, how many Pokemon figures there are in the picture:



You'll need to click on the picture to make it full screen, but you're looking for how many pokemon are in it. Any part of a pokemon that i deem visable in the picture has been counted, so the answer may not be as obvious as you may think.

The Rules:
Competition is open until Sunday December 12th.
The winner will be the first person who gets the correct answer. If nobody gets the correct answer, it will be the person who is closest to the answer. If more than one person is closest to the answer, it will be the one who posted first who will win.
Only one post per person. No Edits will be allwoed. Anybody who posts more than once or Edit's their post after they've posted will be disqualified
To see who actually is reading the rules, when you post your answer it must be in this form 'There are [guess here] Pokémon in that picture' replacing [guess here] with the number you think it is.

The Prize:
Once again, the prize is that you can have any one of your Adoption Agency Pokémon into a shiny Pokémon. Which can be an awesome prize when you think about it

Appologies to most people reading this, but this needs to be done first.

dgdog1 - first, it says in the main topic No Comments to be posted while this Competition is going on, you posted 2 comments. second - you Triple posted and that's big time against the rule. third - i know what day it is and i'll close this competition at whatever time i decide is best to close it, not anybody else.



right, appologies for that little admin rant there, but sometimes things need to be addressed.

OK - time to officially close this competition. It's been a tough one this month, and boy did i ever make it difficult. In fact, someone said:

Oh, you dont know HOW sneaky i was. First off, there was the rule that stated: when you post your answer it must be in this form 'There are [guess here] Pokémon in that picture' replacing [guess here] with the number you think it is.

Those who didnt post thier answer in that form are instantly disqualified - shame too... as one of you actually would have one.

But the tricks didnt end there... oh no - to be even MORE evil, i've had a little professor layton trick of a puzzle. Throughout the whole post, the topic, that rule that makes you post your answer - your always asked 'how many pokemon are in the picture' - but, if you look above the picture it says 'and you have to tell me, how many Pokemon figures there are in the picture. while the rest of the post may not mention figures, or tells you in generic terms 'how many pokemon' the trick here was it was ONLY the figures you needed to count, the big plush, the White box and all those TCG cards didnt count at all in the end... how evil am I? pretty evil... but hey, just when you thought you knew the winner huh?


Anyway, moving on - the correct answer you all should have got was that there are 25 Pokemon (figures) in that picture!

Well, that's it for the trial run - we'll look it over the holiday season and see if we'll run these more often - if we do, i assure you the next one wont be so evil... honest!
