How to share individual pokemon

It has come to my attention that the Share option takes you to your breeder card rather then to the interaction page. I have been told this is not a bug but I have found myself really wanting to share JUST that pokemon. After a little messing with the links I've gotten these to work and am quite happy with them. So I thought I would share them with others. I have only done the Forum Signature's so far but will post others if anyone asks.

Remember to replace "(your pokemon's id number here)" with the id number of the pokemon you want to share.
Also if the pokemon is not in your party then it can't be clicked
