Serperior
I went to Professor Rowan's lab and he said he wanted to see Serperior. Its possible to get a Serperior? Or any other Unova starter?

Rowan is constantly asking for things that have yet to be discovered by people or owned by anyone. Even if it is not realised, he will ask for it. He asks for anything in the pokedex, so even if no one has it, it can be asked for ^_^ Hope this helps!

as stated - like the 4x EXP bonus, Rowan asks for almost any pokemon in the pokedex, regardless of if its been released or not... it is a completly random choice. you do not need to keep posting what pokemon Rowan is asking for that has yet to be made available
