It's a scaling formula because one which gave you a slot every x eggs bred would be very difficult to begin with but end up very easy when you have lots of slots.

yeah, i should mention i've actually SEEN the formula - i got that it scales but for all my maths knowledge i fail to see exactly how the formula works - so nobody else ask please.

With the combination of Golden User and all the clicks, I was able to evolve 7 pokemon, and almost evolve Croagunk.
