Does anyone happen to know where to get a Growlithe from? I didn't see it anywhere on the list and I have seen a few for the first time. At first I was thinking it was a Promo Pokemon, but mine hatched into a Shroomish. Could there have possibility that you could get either a Shroomish or Growlithe as a Promo?

No, that's not possible - I know you can mine them up but you need a really good kit... I think diglett hands them out as part of it's list.

you can also get Growlite from Diggles in Diglett Cave

and I have never gotten Gible at the Archaeology Society but rather Faraway Cave
