I found a Ferrothorn in WhoKnows_WhoCares's party...but I already interacted with it D:< (I need it for dex entry too!)

if you interact with it again, although it doesnt register the click, it should still register a dex entry - i also have klinkklank and jellicint that you guys helped evolve today - so i can- put them back in my party if you want clicks - havent evolved Lampert incase people want that as well...

Oooh, Ferrothorn. Updated first post, and can confirm it will add to the Pokedex even if you've clicked it already.
