You have to do it via the box. Pick a pokemon you want to put into your party, then select the pokemon you want to replace.

How often exactly should I water my berryz x_x Ik it veryz but is it like an hour thing, half hours, days... Dx?

depends on the type of berry, if its common, unccomon or rare they require different timings to water them, and you can water them too often as well. There is an item that helps to work out how best to water a berry, called the berry scanner - but i cannot remember for the life of me where to get it

yeah, its a very old glitch from the red and blue games. it is not and never will be apart of the adoption agency

they apear in areas you have to unlock by completing other quests.

i need help how do i summit my Tropius for the achievement?

So the place you want is the Tropius Range, in the Border Regions Section. It has a few quests before hand if you haven't done those yet. But submission for all of them is just the same. You first have all the Pokémon you want to submit (Tropius, unless you've still got those first couple of tasks) in your Default Box. Then click the submit all button on the Tropius Range button - that will submit the pokemon you have, and update the count of how many you've submitted overall.
