Re: Got a Question? Get an Answer Here
Ah alright. no worries.
I'm going to take a stab in the dark and assume that all Pokemon level at close to if not the same rate?
And do berries only give 1 exp per berry when you feed them to a Pokemon, or something equally as low? It doesn't seem possible to feed enough berries to a Pokemon to get any significant headway, which makes them seem a bit useless.

Re: Got a Question? Get an Answer Here
There is one formula to work out how much exp a Pokemon needs to level up. Actually that's not entirely true as the formula changes slightly every 10 or so levels. So a level 25 Pokemon has a slightly different formula than a level 5. But every Pokemon is treated the same in terms of how much exp is needed to level up.
I cannot recall if there is any berries that give more than 1 exp, if thereis then it's only 2exp max. So yeah, on higher levels it isn't really that effective (still the equivalent of a click)

I'm a bit confused. I handed Bronzong his items last time so this time he had an egg. I accepted it and when it hatched it had a Chatot in it.
Is this normal? Or did I somehow misplace the egg? I was pretty sure we're suppose to get the three starters or Togepi from him...
I still have the Chatot in question in my party if someone wants to look at it.

There's more than just the starters available from bronzong, so yes this is normal

Alright, what am I doing wrong? I'm trying to evolve a male Kirlia into a Gallade with a Dawn Stone. But when I go into my bag and select the stone and click use it says I can't evolve the Pokemon this way?

I'm going to say, and this is without looking at the code because I cant get at it at the moment, is that you're doing nothing wrong... we've just failed to code in the Gallade evolution which is why the dawn stone isn't reacting with your Kirlia.
I know there was a couple of trade evolution (holding items) that weren't coded in but I cant remember if we fixed that or not.

Glad the site is back up again. Any clue why this is happening with increasing regularity?

We had some downtime yesterday which was due to a server issue with our hosts. Beyond that I've not notice any other problems, so didn't know to look into anything.

The other times were last month I believe. The site was inaccessible for several hours. In the future is there somewhere I can give a heads up when I notice it? Otherwise the only place is here, after the fact.
