point card?

i was wondering how do i get a point card for game corner? i really wanna get a totodile but i can`t seem to find how to get the point card to play game corner ._.

appologies but i cant seem to rememeber exactly where you get it from - i think your given it from professor oak by having a certain number of pokemon caught, get him to rate your dex, but i'm not sure how many you need for that.

i do remember that to get to oak, you need the boat ticket from roark, and to get to roark, you need the boat ticket from elm - if you havent got those yet
