Ok, so someone clicked to evolve both my Caterpie and Weedle - great, i now have a Metapod and Kakuna, no problems there...
Only they havent registered as caught in the Pokedex.
I've clicked on each of them, and they're now registered as seen - havent touched them otherwise to see if it fixes the problem
Currently listed as seen, not caught in the Pokedex

Just happened to me, traded a Bronzor, not registered as caught?

I have a similar problem. I requested a venonat in a trade and someone traded it to me, but it hasn't registered as being caught.
