Possible "stuck" egg?

I've had this egg in my party for 11 days and it hasn't hatched yet. Is it possible that it's "stuck", or could it be something really rare? o.o

It is possible for eggs to take 11 days or more to hatch. It depends on the rarity of the Pokémon inside.
